We're all Europeans here mate (well most of us anyways), so plenty of people with broken English, no shame in that, you're doing just fine. The car in Portugal indeed is a great car! If I had the money for it.... No idea what sort of work is involved to get it registered in France but since its already on Portuguese papers EU rules would suggest it should be easy to import. Nice excuse to go on vacation in Portugal as well
