white stuff = white sugars (like suggar itself, candy, sweets all that crap) and white (processed) carbohydrates (like white flouer, white bread, all white bakery etc.). Thats what i meant with "white stuff".

And as far as doctors go, they need to start doing their job right, as they are loosing trust. They've lost mine. How can i trust my doctor who is in her 40ies, weighs at over 100kgs (she is 160cms), smokes a pack of cigarettes a day.. and thinks everything can be solved with the right pill? exsquuze moi french but no fucking way! she can shove those pills up her ass. Medication is the last resort for me. People dont realise what they eat. And its a fundamental buddhist flaw - ignorance! Start reading the tiny scripts on the backside of the package and do some searching on the web. Information is so easily accessible these days.

It is true that genetics have a big influence on how your organism will react to diffrent foods, but if you do find yourself having a worse predisposition than somebody else, you should doubble the effort. Or not. Its your body after all.

And as far as my mother goes, i can only be greatfull for teaching me (on so many levels). She is my mentor. If it wasnt for her i could be just another ignorant chum, eating at mcdonalds every day indulging in lifes commodities thinking ill be dead in couple of years anyway.. why bother.
