Buyers advise

Hey guys,

Not sure if this should be in the technical thread or the buyers thread but with a number of forum people looking for cars I think its time to get a buyers guide formed. In this thread please start putting your advise down. When you'd go looking at a hachi that is for sale, what would you be looking at?

In a few weeks I'll start compiling a list of things that have been discussed. In the end we should hopefully have a nice list that will help determine how good a hachi probably is. Keeps us away from overspending our money on a bad hachi.
