Fixed the not-super quick reply: it turned out to be a problem with checking if the reply is not a flood. Perhaps the writers of the mod were still working with an older version of phpbb.
It also affects edit-posts: if you edit too quick it will throw you to the preview again. Just wait 15 seconds and hit submit again.
Anyway, you still get one preview though, but after that one it should be working.

Also fixed the thumbnails. The whole problem was that they were actually not thumbnails.
So I put the resize script on it.

Also copied the old avatars, so they should work now as well.
