I did feel it was sort of asocial but they seemed to expect tourists to do this... They supply people who rent a cottage with a subscription to a tow truck company and although there's very little people and cars on Rømø they do have a car wash... Which is where we went straight afterwards...

I think it's strange that you're allowed to drive on the beach anyway... But then, I don't really think the police is beeing unfair when they write out tickets for this sort of driving...
