Atiwe 'telephone' rims - what nuts? Pics?

Hi Guys,

What type of nut is used on the Atiwe 'telephone' style rims.

I bought some rims, but without the nuts. They have large holes, sugesting the use of a nut that goes deep onto the thread/rim, but with a cone shaped washer... something like ford, but with a longer bit that goes inside the rim...

Can anyone provide me with a picture of such a nut?

Always remember: Rev it till it blows, then back off a bit...
