take the cap off the reservoir. turn piston to full extent clockwise then one quarter back or until the recesses are in line, thats the brakes set, if the pads wont fit in as happens on my car, shave a little of the face of the pad bout a mm and it`ll slip in. it takes a bit of practice but you can get it flat if you try. it does lower the life of the pad a tiny bit, but at least they fit.
removing the handbrake can help, but it can be a bugger to refit so i never bother, as the handbrakes on AE86`s are just crap!!!!

Its gotta go whoosh or give a whine!!!!
