Help needed (LEVIN kouki frontbumper und zenki lip)

Hi Guys,

I have a problem.
I've got a kouki frontbumper an whant to mount a zenki lip to it. ( but lower that usual)
But nothing seems to fit (diferent kurve and all)

Has anybody done it? what to use to mold the whole thing? etc etc

this is how its suposed to look
