Diff, bearings, or brakes?

Well ive already done over a 1000 miles since buying it, and intend to do a 500 mile round trip to manchester, newcastle and then (on the way back) Japfest at the end of the month and that noise for that long will really annoy me.

I think I will take a look at the Brakes as suggested, I did jack the car up and spun both wheels and couldnt hear anything before, but may have to do a closer inspection. The rear squeals when cold and sometimes judders when braking so it seems the likely culprit
