Yep, that's the 4afe, twincam 16v, with slave-gear driven 2nd camshaft and narrow included valve angle. Looks like it had a meltdown. Not an engine I have ever seen someone put in an ae86, although the higher spec ones actually put out some decent power for a corolla engine (110hp).
