http://www.aeu86.org/viewtopic.php?t=59 Dunno about the oils though, but reading the topic again gives me the impression most people use 10w40 (also for drifting/racing) and GL-4 for their gearbox and GL-5 for the LSD. But you'd better read the topic yourself and make up your mind there.
