need help: ae86 diff - halfshaft problem

Diff has been re-assembled. Broken parts are replaced with second hand ones. Here's the problem:

The diff is still 100% locked. I was not present at the assembling and i guess it's not performed "by the book". So far I'm thinking of keeping it that way. I'm planning on getting an aftermarket one and will try to install it by all rules Smile
