@EE80, take a good look at the website. Especially the part where they tell you that you have to prime the part within one week of the treatment because it becomes susceptible to fly-rust..Its just a way of stripping paint of a shell. It also does this in areas that you might not be able to reach with paint afterwards..so proceed with caution. It does provide a nice clean surface to apply more traditional techniques to though.
Regarding de dipping of an entire shell in a Zinc bath..I still believe that this will make the end result look like a corkscrew. ONLY if the original shell was designed to be dipped will this be possible. Most older cars (like the hachi) aren't... A wheel to steer the front of the car A pedal to steer the rear |
