okey,check it out
i have done 2 swaps this year(think the only 2 ae86 in holland)

they all say that you can hammer the firewall ,thats bullsh*t
youre distributor still can hit the firewall as well,so just cut a piece out for the distributor

then take youre thermostat housing and take the thermostat out and close that gap with a piece of aluminium or something,and you have ta saw some piece out for the coolant flow

then close the upper coolant hose thing by the ex manifold

then you have to put a 4age 16v waterpump on youre 20v

then you have to made youre own upper cooland pipe on the cylinderhead
and youre cooland system is done without a 700 dollar relocationkit
and it works fine on both cars,never has been overheated!

and you have to modifie the ex manifold a little
