Springs and shocks

Could someone give me some advise for spring/shocks that lowed my hachi about 2 or 3 cm. I am looking for springs that confortable for daily drive hachi (this mean no need those springs for race/drift)

Price would be about 100 - 250 euro for 4 springs. Brand/type/part number would be very please.
And for shocks price does not matter. But please resonable one and confortable.

This not mean that I would buy now, I need to save for it and hope before summer I can buy those.
