Dedicated UK forum?

Well you gave the best reason not to right there.. If there would be a UK targetted forum you will have people spread over on here, driftworks, club4ag and the local forum...

Still that doesn't make it a bad thing by default. There are a large percentage of UK owners compared to EU owners, and especially if you want to start some sort of UK club that has something extra to offer, a club forum can be a good addition.

In the end though, you have to ask yourself. What extra do you have to offer other then trying to unite the UK owners, and wonder if a forum is the right medium to do so.

The whole reason me and Banpei started an EU forum was simply because an NL audience seemed way to small to have a forum that would sustain any interesting volume of posts. And look at us now, we're even drawing in people from asia and australia, seems it was a good choice..

Anyways, in the end, I have to put myself in line with Ivan and Banpei, as an admin I am far from impartial We'd like to see this forum grow, we'd like hachi owners in the world to come together (and we dont limit ourselves to EU anymore in that sence). Seeing this relatively small community fall appart into even smaller more local communities is not the ideal we are aiming for, we're not honda owners where azillion owners joining up on a local forum, we're hachi owners, and hachi owners are a rare breed
