most mechanics don't dare to open an LSD or dif they say you have to be a professional.

The persons who just try it and do it see that its duable only with good imagination and some creativity

Asked a mechanic with 40 years of exp with no education and he said.

Its all the same if its from a car or a truck its the same you just have to rebuild what it looked like and see how it needs to function it needs time.

So yes you can try it yourself :-)
