Replace that fuel filter, its only 35 euros or something. Can't hurt, it very likely has the original fuel filter. Only reasons you'd want to do it is because if it is getting clogged less fuel can get through and you may loose power and if its getting broken it could lead more junk through clogging your injectors. Take the injectors out (unbolt fuel rail and they should come out right away) and leave them soaking in some injector cleaner fluid over night. If your injectors are still in good shape that will do the trick most of the time. If your injectors are in worse shape getting them cleaned or replaced is a good idea but if your car runs ok, I wouldn't worry about it to much..
