They actually are very different. Both have been based upon a two-door, but that's about where the similarities end. The Voll car is a two-door zenki Levin and the Tama car is a kouki Trueno. Both cars feature a tonneau cover, but the Tama is mounted where the top of the rear seat originally sits, while the Voll is mounted where the rear parcel shelf used to be.

The construction of the Voll car has been done much more professionally, while the Tama car looks like they simply cut off the roof and just continued from there onwards. The Tama car features seats in the back, but you can't sit on them unless your back is at an 90-degree angle (so leaning forward). Also, when the tonneau cover is closed, you can't sit in the rear of the Tama car, while you can sit normally in the Voll.

I must say, when the tonneau is stored, the overall shape of the Tama car is more beautiful than the Voll car.
