I would recommend visiting the Ikaho Toy, Doll & Car Museum, where the original Fujiwara Tofu storefront from the Initial D movie has been preserved for future generations. It's unclear whether the Fujino Tofu store was the original one that inspired Suichi Shigeno, but Andrew Lau had the tofu store's front adjusted to read Fujiwara Tofu instead of Fujino Tofu. Mr Fujino never changed it back.
