I don't assume the Swiss 'Typenschein' will be of any help unless your car is also an AE86x-ECMQFC. None the less I'll post it here if it would help in any which way.

When I imported my Lexus many moons ago I did manage to get the official COC from the main dealership but that was a 2007 car.

You could also try TME (Toyota Motor Europe) in Brussels - that is the headquarters for most of Europe. Unfortunately I don't know anyone anymore working there.
