The CoC is an EU document and doesn't exist for pre-EU cars. You'll have to get original registration documents for your specific car from the country where it was first registered (e.g. "Fahrzeugbrief" if it was first registered in Germany, "Fahrzeugausweis" in Switzerland, etc). I don't know at what date the EU ratified the common market access for vehicles using this document. For cars that are eligible to receive a CoC, you can request it from the manufacturer in the country it was first sold. |
