Clutch rattling noise on deceleration

Hello community,

Long time without any technical question but these cars.... oh my....

So, i've recently rebuilt a 20V to swap for my old one.

I've balanced the pulley, crank, and flywheel.

I've assembled the engine with OEM specs and OEM ECU.

Clutch is an exedy organic.

Status: When i decel, i can hear a rattle noise from the clutch at around 3k rpm... and i can feel a huge vibration in the entire car....

If i press the clutch pedal just slightly, it stops, if I go neutral, it stops...

So i know the noise is not from my differential, and i know it's coming from my clutch.

How can i get around this? Car is still drivable, but man... these vibrations and noises are killing me...
