I am currently working on finding a supplier for E-Mark approved lights.
I'll need to get in touch with my TÜV friends in Germany but I believe when I worked there, my collegue once told me, as long as the "light part" is E-Mark approved, you could build your own housing for the headlight and still be legal.

Well, thats the plan, will see if I can make it work
