Certification in Europe wouldn't be a big issue as long as they adhere to the SAE regulations. Getting them to pass Tüv regulations might be a bigger issue, as it would cost time and money. Would it be possible to pass a car during the Tüv test with just an SAE-approved part?
I forgot to ask, but I would assume the lamp units themselves are LED. Would it be possible to make them multi-colored?
