Is it even legal to drive with two different headlights in Japan? Here in the Netherlands the rules aren't that strict, but having two different colored headlights will certainly have the police stop you here as well.

Good question, for now the police didn't mind much so I guess its fine. In the long term I am thinking about making them both yellow so they match and I would even be able to get Shaken with it.

My goal is to also build a general possibility for people who need to replace their headlight but don't want to pay a fortune for factory ones. All with E/SAE/DOT certification so it could even be eligeble for europe
Probably without the flap though, in a slightly more elegant, simple version
