Vibration/Shudder In steering over approx 100kph

Hmmm, the balljoints of my mitsu should be replaced pretty soon and I don't get shaking in the steering. It's more a bit like the car steers by itself. If I turn the wheel it feels like it takes half a second before anything happens. This only happens when I drive faster than 100kph. When I drive below that the car reacts normal.
