I bought Shockworks from Australia in the end. The spring rates are more moderate (6/4.5) and the adjustable dampers are matched to the spring rates (in actual usable increments, unlike many of the big brands). Last but not least, they come including the spindle and the height is adjustable without affecting the spring tension or the need to remove the from the car.
