Just go into a large autoparts store with your old blades in your hand. usually it takes them just 5 minutes to find out which blades you need.
I would just take the cheapest they've got and buy a spare set as well. Its better to replace them more often then you would like to return tp the store.

A wheel to steer the front of the car
A pedal to steer the rear
