AE86 Battery specs

That looks about right. I've just checked the info that I have, and the last battery I bought for an AE82 was 65AH, 580CCA.

You won't do any harm by installing a battery with a higher CCA, but if its not required then you're spending money that isn't necessary. As long as its 12V you'll be OK. One thing I definitely recommend, as its helped me out over the winter before, is that you buy a battery conditioner and connect it to the battery when the car isn't being used much. A conditioner will probably save you money in the long run.

One thing to be careful of though, there are two different size battery braces that Toyota used for the 86. So just make sure that the size of battery is correct. Most of the Japanese imports that I've seen have the smaller battery brace.
