Some wiring help needed

Wires come out of the engine wiring loom where it runs across the
firewall and drop down to under the car. There are two pins high
on the filler side of the gearbox, and those wires should have female
bullet connectors on the end.

The wires are only in the engine loom for 15cm and then run up
into the big square(ish) plug that connects to the ignition switch etc.
That is for RHD, if you are LHD the layout might be different.

Turn the ignition ON and touch those two wire together... your
backup/reverse lights should turn ON.
