Just get it from the toyota dealer...try getting a part nr. off the original wiper though cause the part nr that EPC comes up with is wrong.
It's supposed to be a little square mounting plate with a big hole in the middle and 2 small holes to put little screws through.

I forgot the exact partnr myself, maybe Robokill still has it written down somewhere..
