Fortunately mine still had the original harness in place. I bought two plug ends and made myself a nice adapter, using parts like these (probably not the best prices, but you get the idea): Toyota Female Plugs and ISO Male Plugs.

If you want to ditch your radio, I'd be pretty interested in it. Right now I'm just rocking a 90s Toyota radio, but getting an era proper Toyota radio would be awesome. On the other hand, the 90s radio has Dolby B for tapes...
