A good jack and axle stands will do the trick. You can lift the car on the diff itself and then put the axle stands under the rear jacking point of the sill. Make sure you put a solid blocker in front of the car so it can't roll away. Also have the axle stands at the highest position for better access and enough slack for the axle to drop. Last but not least, in your case it's probably best if you park it forward so you can roll the axle out, rather than pulling it out from the side.

PS: Having the jack still under the diff when removing the dampers helps to remove some tension, just be sure the car remains firm on the axle stands. You should be able to pull her off in a couple hours by yourself.
