Looks like it, Nissan Z32 Sumitomo calipers.

Some still don't allow locking hydraulics (fluid failure still possible), in that case, I think you might have to look at a Spot caliper from Hispec or Wilwood etc as the Z33 used Drum in Disk handbrake. Looks like yours has had a pretty penny spent on it looking at the rear end setup
