Ph4 Newman cams have 'only' 8.5mm of lift, even with the 288 duration that won't get you to 200hp.
here's one example who got to your desired figure. Specs at the end of the first post. In my opinion you can reach it with 288 cams but not with less than 10mm of lift (the more the better) and some 12:1 static CR or more. Also you'll need very good headwork for that to work. alternative is very high rpms but that's probably even more expensive in the long run. AE86 ex-daily |
