I think re-greasing could be an option. They haven't always squeaked, I installed them nearly 6 years ago, so they've done well to hold up.

But change is an option I'm considering to make the car more bearable for commuting, since there's a fair amount of vibration and drivetrain noise being carried over and it's always seemed the case ever since I installed them.
