Poly vs OEM bushings
For some time now, I have been running poly bushings on various parts of my 86, for the most part they are fine and do their job. However, the one area that seems to get to me is the noise produced by the upper and lower links in the rear axle. And I'm not just talking vibrations and road noise, but squeaking. I've tried spraying them with silicone based lubricant, but it doesn't appear to be doing much. But, each time I push down on the car or move over bumps, there's a rubber squeaking sound that's gotten worse over time. Would anyone have any temporary solutions they could recommend? or has anyone else had this issue before?

I assume the issue could be due to binding? As something of an upgrade, I would like to look at adjustable 4 links (since my pinion angle could do with aligning) but don't know what options there are out there that could produce minimal road noise or come with rubber bushings instead of poly bushings? Does anyone have any opinions on the matter?
