ae86 crush sleeve length

jondee, currently the spacer installed is the old one. it is already in rotating torque of around 11inlb.

@ivan, i'm living in the mountains , ae86 is not sold locally. I am also very far from the capital city. all of my performance parts come from US at the moment. that is why instead of ordering a new OEM sleeve or solid spacer, it is faster to fabricate 1 solid spacer with the help of my friend. my mistake is forgetting to order the solid spacer together with the R&P.

I will also bring my old pinion gear as basis for the solid spacer. I will also make him fabricate shims with different thickness. will try it tomorrow morning. Is mild steel enough or I should use carbon steel?
