Quite easy: if it starts with JT it is a non-JDM car and then it is either a (Corolla GT Twincam 16/SR5) Levin if it was sold in Europe or a (Corolla GTS/SR5) Trueno if it was sold in the US.
 If it starts with a number it is a JDM car and then you can find out by looking at the range. You can find the ranges at Toyodiy.com. If you already have access to the enginebay it is a lot easier to look it up on the vin plate on the firewall: http://www.aeu86.org/index/toyota-firewa...topic=4757 The code could be something like AE86-ECMQF or AE86-FCMQF Corolla starts with E and Sprinter starts with an F in the second range.
