Hi, dont know why you expect vibrations from them? I´m using them for 2-3 years on track, but also drove from the UK to Germany a few times. Changed the inner tie rod when I put them in and had to change them once since.
Make sure you put the rose joints in a grease filled rubber cover. They will last forever.
