Front end roof compatibility between 2dr and 3dr

A pilar is the same but not sure for the B pilar.

The rear window of the 2dr is "flush" to the door but there is a peace of "metal shhet" between the rear window and the door on the 3dr (but the roof is perhaps compatible)
