Car shutting off and ECU making noise

Yes it does click pretty fast when the cars about to shut off..
about an hour ago my car would not start, my guess was the battery because the beep went off but very low and when i would hit the switch the car would not crank, it would just die. out of nowhere it started right up, i took it to an auto parts store so they can test battery they said it was over charged, and he said my "voltage regulator" was bad... could that be my problem? |
