T50 rebuild kit

my speedometer stopped working so i pulled out the cable and connected a drill to it and the speedometer reacted so it must be the sensor, pulled out the sensor and saw that teeth were missing and there were 2 pieces of steel in the hole.

1 piece is the clip that holds the speed drive gear inplace, the other steel part is the steel cover of the rear bearing.Gearbox functions good but i wanted to check out if nothing else is damaged so i swapped it out with a gbox that was lying around here.

this box whines, only wants to shift to 2nd gear when the engine is warm or if you synch with first gear first, and the speedo seems to be of, might be an sr5 speedo drive gear.

other than that the hachi keeps rolling and i can open my 'own' box without having to stop driving

Brings me to this topic, im gonna check what the state is of my gearbox and might be in need of bearings but i don't want to pay toyota prices.if the exact same bearing cannot be ordered maybe we can look for an alternative.
