The slave's rod length only matters in the extremes - too long and the clutch will not engage completely because the piston will bottom out in the slave cyl., too short and the clutch will not dis-engage because the piston pops out of the
cylinder. I really don't have a clue about your problem. Can you explain it any better then 'will not release completely and it slipps'????? To me that means that it neither engages completely nor dis-engages completely, pedal only does half a job whether on the floor or all the way up. |
