Heater blower removal

IDK about the RHD ones, but the LHD's blower motor is held in with 3 bolts, 1 wire connection, comes out in about 1.5 minutes, so simply that no explanation is even possible let alone necessary.
I'd look at the controls for the vents & temp that moves the coolant valve and the flap between the hot& cold side. Feel the inlet & outlet temp of the heater core with your hand to get a feel for what air temp the vents should be putting out.
