So IF you can have a blacktop
+ a water relocation kit (T3 = 690$ + shipping ... or do it the MCNSport way!)
+ a distributor relocation kit (the SP-TEC kit is 600€ + shipping from japan... or bash the firewall)
For less than 1500€, YES it doesn't worth to modify your 16v.

If you look carefully at the pros and cons, I'm not sure a blacktop really worth it except if you can find a bargain with all the job already done !

By the way the swap isn't that simple, the wiring itself is a nightmare if you have to do it yourself...

PS: MTX-L cost 180€ delivered and for me an AFR gauge it's a "must have" whatever engine you have.

you missed a few important things

and as mentioned before, despite the fact that ITBs can be fitted to the engine they WILL reduce driveability (loss of torque below 4500rpm) without other mods. What I recommend to my friend is - ignore the bling factor of ITBs unless your pushing out at least 160hp and rather go for a nice header - a good one will give you something in return performance wise + street cred if in need.
