Did you check if piston 1 was @TDC physically? It's not unimaginable to get this wrong when changing pulleys. The crank spins twice for every turn of a camshaft.. so there is the possibility of getting things wrong when reassembling.
Oh and another check, you'll think I'm insulting you but I got this wrong myself once: You sure you got the order of your sparkplug wires correct? You're symptoms sound mighty familiar.... FABRICA MI DIEM, PVNC! |
