#1 yes, im busy, but i always reply to every e-mail within 1 day. though there may be cases when i have to get information before i can answer, but having to multitask alot, i probably forgot something.
#2 when we have some spare time, we try to build up stock, but basicly we do the parts on order, therefore there is a waiting line. when we accept an order, there are panels under making from somebody elses previous order that we have to finish and send before we can start processing the newer orders. sometimes it takes longer sometimes it takes none because we have it ready on stock. there are cases when a lot of random peoples order comes in about the same time. there is no way to handle that without the waiting list. for people telling me in the order that their order is really urgent, i can only do that asking my partner to do the panel asap, maybe use up some freetime to do it.
it would be unfair to others ditching their order just because somebody does not want to wait or cant wait. its said here and on the website also that we do these on order, its not our fault that the buyer dont have time to wait. so dont blame this on me!
what is quaranteed are: you get what you paid for. some of our customers already know that if we really-really get dealyed with a particular order, somehow we always compensate.
what more could we do?
