So the block is done. Job done by the machine shop:
-Conversion from pressed pins to floating pins as I wrote in previous post
conrods were twisted/bent so they were straightened
-Some basic porting job was done on some oil channels and other sharp remains from casting were canceled
-Block was bored to 81.5mm and honed
-Block surface where the head gasket comes was machined to make sure its 100%flat
-Bottom end was cleaned and assembled...

New parts used on the bottom end:

-81.5mm NOA pistons (I am interested how long will these last)
-NPR piston rings
-king bearings (standard size)
